GOA contracts independent inspectors to perform on-site inspections for operations who apply for NOP and GOA certification. No inspections are assigned to inspectors until the signed and dated Confidentiality Statement, Conflict of Interest Declaration and the Inspector Contract is returned to the GOA office.
